Seeing Spots

I love navy and white polka dots.  They're clean and crisp, but just a wee bit playful - upper crust colors on a holiday.  Society ladies wear them, done up in crepe with a Parisian bow at the neck.  Little girls wear them, smocked onto fresh white linen.   They look fabulous, small or large, on just about anyone (or anything).  Here's a little dotty shopping spree for spring!
