Miles Redd, House Beautiful (I'm actually not 100% certain what this wall color is; I'm going off of the ceiling beam/soffit, which appears black. The peacock blue hues appear to be the furniture reflecting. Either way, it's dark and gorgeous!)

I do did the dark side. However, I don't know that I could ever commit to painting a whole room in black. I'm thinking of doing a dark blue and black combo in my dining room.
Love love love the dark lacquer walls! So chic! Thanks for sharing.

I love your blog! Have you ever had drinks in the lounge at Tabard Inn on N Street NW? It's the room up the stairs before you walk into the bar. That is my favorite use of black paint - it sets the rest of the room off so nicely and I notice a new detail every time I have a cocktail there.
